Main Responsibility主要职责
1. Lead the Sales China team to effectively organize and execute the sales activities and secure existing revenues: acquisition of new customers, keep in touch with the suppliers and wholesalers in the Chinese automotive aftermarket, meet and exceed KPIs and sales target;
领导中国销售团队有效地组织和执行销售活动,确保现有收入,获取新客户,与中国汽车后市场的供应商和批发商保持联系,完成并超过KPI和销售目标;
2. Preparation and realization of project proposals as well as contract negotiations.
准备和实施项目建议书以及合同谈判;
3. Close collaboration and coordination with the local and international parts manufacturers, maintain relationship and offer more services to them; Join customer events;
与本地和国际零部件制造商保持密切的合作,维护关系并为其提供更多服务; 参加客户活动;
4. Arrange kick-off meetings to brief all stakeholders about customer requirements. Participate regular project review meetings which steer and coordinate the implementation of the project and assure on-time delivery;
安排会议,向所有相关者介绍客户需求。参加定期的项目评审会议,指导和协调项目的实施并确保按时交付;
5. Follow up invoices and payments;
跟进发票和付款;
6. Weekly sales reports with short term forecast; regularly analyses market needs and recommend appropriate measures.
每周的销售报告及短期预测;分析市场需求并提出相应的建议措施。
Requirements: 任职要求
1. College or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Automotive engineering, etc.,
大专或本科学历,计算机科学、机械、汽车工程等相关专业;
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in sales or IAM product development;
5年以上工作经验,有销售或汽车后市场产品开发经验优先;
3. Background of IAM multinational companies is preferred;
有汽车后市场跨国公司背景优先;
4. Comprehensive understanding of the targeted markets/ customer segments;
全面了解目标市场以及客户群体;
5. Experience in Sales forecasting and customer relationship management;
具有销售预测能力和客户关系管理经验;
6. IT-, telecommunication branch, industry or trade (automotive branch if possible) or service sector background;
IT, 通信,工业或者贸易(汽车后市场)或服务部门背景;
7. Good knowledge in Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word, etc.;
熟练使用office软件;
8. Good communication skills in English.
良好的英语沟通能力。
